H690,

After taking back a much more expensive Jawbone because i found it ugly and uncomfortable and that high end playtronics one because it is supposed to just stick inside your ear and i find that uncomfortable, itchy, and not secure with the little ear wax i have (seriously, i don't know why these things are so expensive and get such high ratings), I decided to try this one because it looked cool.
What a nice suprise at a low cost. It fits very well and is expremely comfortable in my ear (as long as i don't push the nub in). I love how short it is which makes it feel very secure because it doesn't flop around like all the other ones i have tried. Sound quality seems quite good. I guess the charger is nice and all but I would rather be able to plug power directly into the headset itself and that it use a mini usb plug so that I could charge it using my phone power cord, a computer usb cable, an igo tip in the car etc. Now i have to carry this charger with me everwhere. I would definatly reccomend.

I received this as a gift and don't know how I lived without this before now. I gave my husband a different bluetooth headset for Christmas after reading lots of reviews, so I'm not sure I would have selected this myself. However, I'm so glad this is the one I have. Besides being much smaller and more stylish than the one I bought him (a plantronics) it is comfortable and I've had no problems with wind noise when I use it outside. The only thing that would make this better is a car charger, but the battery has pretty good life so I haven't had a problem with that yet. Overall, I don't think there is another headset that I would be happier with.

I really liked this one. But after wearing it for an hour is begain to hurt my ear. I wore it a couple times just to see if I needed to get use to it. I never did. The sound was great. Everyone I talked to could hear me. It just hurt so bad. I tried all the ear pieces out and none of them helped with the pain. So this baby is going back to the store.
Pros: great sound on both ends Cons: pain in the ear.

I have used mine now for about 8 months. It's very lightweight, comfortable for long calls. I have had no issue with sound or people hearing me. However, the charger stinks. I have a lot of trouble making it connect and actually charge. There are times where it starts to charge and then stops. I have to watch it a lot to make sure the little red charge light is on. That's my only issue with it. It does have good battery life. I typically can use for 3-4 hours per day continuous.

When i found this bluetooth I loved it. Very cute for a chic like me, but it did not work. When i placed it on the charging dock its almost like it didnt really click in place and it wont charge. I had to move it around until it found a connection. When on a call after a while it will just transfer the call to my phone. I was not able to make a call from it or answer a call either. I had to do it from my phone. I emailed SF Planet and they asked me to return for an exchange. I hope the next one they send works perfect...after all I did love the look of it.

Buyer Beware!!,

I'm a firm believer in using headsets with my cell phone. This is my second Motorola bluetooth headset and I've had it about 6 months. I bought this one because the ear piece on my last one wore out. I should've just replaced my old one instead of buying this model. The reason I'm giving it at least 2 stars is because of the cute silver/white design and when you are outside the person on the other end can't hear that "wind" sound. So why 2 stars? FIRST, it's the charger that's a huge pain. It's EXTREMELY finicky. It took me a while to get the dang thing to charge. The best way to do it is to remove the rubber earpiece cover. Once you put the headset on the base to charge, just place the earpiece cover to the side and put the dome cover on. It will charge and you won't lose the earpiece cover. SECOND, you can only charge your headset using the dome base housing unit. That's inconvenient because you have to carry the thing around or leave it in your car if you need to charge. Without it, you're out of luck. The other models will allow you to charge the headset directly. As far as I can tell from Motorola, this is the only model with the dome base charger. THIRD, because of the mini-USB connector, I couldn't use my regular USB car charger so I had to buy a "Mini USB Charger to Micro USB Charger Converter" to use with my car charger. The good news is you can get one of these on Amazon.com for less than $1. Just search "micro USB charger converter." FOURTH, it got to the place where people couldn't hear me that well (although I could hear them clearly). The selling feature of the headset was the person on the other end could hear you even if you whispered in a library. Not so. Although the wind noise is cut out, the sound quality deteriorates some. (I haven't ruled out that it could also be my iPhone 3GS that could be the problem -- but I don't think so.) I also repositioned the headset in different positions as well. So I called Motorola and they're sending me out a replacement since it's less than a year. I'll see if the new one works. If not, they told me to send it back and they will upgrade me.

good and bad,

I bought this product because I tend to lose my bluetooth headsets. (And, ok, because it was really pretty!) Anyway, I really like the compact design, and the reception was great. However, I am surprised that no one else mentioned how hard it is to charge! The charger is very finnicky and sometimes I literally had to tie my headset to it to get it to light up and charge. What a pain!

I like the desigh a lot, but I have to return this product because the other party couldn't hear my voice. The voice broke up. I'm using the Motorola H12 and still continue using this model.
