This my 4th Bluetooth headset I've and it is far superior to any of the others I've had. I have always had problems with my head set turning on in my purse. It would either be dead when I went to use it or it would connect to my phone (without me realizing it was connected) and I could not make calls. For the longest time I thought I had problems with my phone because it would ring and I would answer but it appeared dead. When I saw a co-worker with this one, and she told me you had to flip out the arm to activate the connection I went straight to Amazon to check it out. I bought it right away and much to my surprise, it had many likeable features besides the flipout arm.
« It doesn't have a thing that sticks in your ear. It leans against the outside of the ear but still delivers clear undistorted transmissions.
« The ear piece is quite comfortable. My roommate tried the older H850 that he said I could try but the ear piece was not as comfortable for me, and it plus it was more expensive.
« It is really easy to pare with the phone because when it is in paring mode the little light around the on talk button turns purple so you know it really is in pare mode.
« The light also is red when you first plug it in and gradually changes from red to green to let you know the level of charge you have on it. It only takes 2 hours to charge when fully dead.

So in summary, it's comfy, it doesn't turn on accidently and it is priced reasonably.

I never thought I would be one of those people who walk around with a headset hanging off my ear but this one is so comfortable I often forget I have it on. I even put it on when I'm doing house work so I can yak and still be productive. I think it is your best bet at any price.

I have purchased 3 other head sets and none of them performed as well as this one. I have been very happy with it and if i lost it today I would buy another immediately. I have used it with a Treo 650, 755p, and a BB Curve.

This is quite possibly the best bluetooth headset on the market. It's really nice that you easily turn it on and off. Since I bought this 6 months ago, 5 other co-workers have followed suite and have heard good feedback from them.

I had this bluetooth as my first try . Bought it in Hawaii in 05' , the sales girl was wearing one and let me try it. It worked great with my Razor and the same charger. I lost it and the salesman talked me into a different one that had more music options to go with my new V9. Hated it!, didn't stay in my ear and could'nt hear well in crowds. Tried 2 more types and am now back to the H700 which I Love! It is clear and loud,easy to answer and easy to set up.

This H700 headset is a great headset . When I ordered this unit I was looking for something that would have better volume and clarity than my Motorola HS850. The HS850 was good .But the H700 is smaller ,has better volume & seems to have longer battery life . It also fits tighter to your head . It also uses the same charger as my cell phone . This makes it more convenient when it comes time to charge it . It also has 3 colors as it is charging . Red at the start of the charge. Yellow half way thru the charge,and Green when is fully charged . I have no regrets in using this headset it works well . Mike.

The bluettoth H700 by Motorola is the best one that my husband and i have had so far. It is small and you hardly know you have it in your ear. My husband and i have two Nextel I880 phones with the H700 for both Motorola phones and two Razar 3 Motorola phones also with two H700 bluetooths for them. They work fine except for a little bit of back ground noise that isn't really that bad. We are really pleased with all four of them.

The only thing that I can add to the the reviews already posted on this device is my own experiences - we ordered 2 of the 'bulk packaged' bundles which include the headset and the charger.

Positives:

- No earbud going into the ear - this is a BIG positive because I can't stand those and, apparently they are not good for you.
- Quick charging.
- Easy to pair - in my case with a Razr and a Blackberry.
- Easy to turn on/off, by simply folding/unfolding the microphone boom.
- Pretty good instructions.

Negatives:

- My wife complains that the sound quality is not always perfect.
- Being as small as it is, perhaps some carrying pouch should have been included.

At this time, my wife decided to keep hers but she will give the second one to her girlfriend as a birthday present :)

So far so good. I'm pleased with the function and form of this product. Charge lasts a good amount and my phone doesn't have to hunt to find it. I like the different colors when it is charging to let you know it's status.
It's light and doesn't flop around like my old piece but it is a little uncomfortable to wear for long periods of time.

Previously I've had 3 Motorola headsets and was happy with all of them. Recently my Motorola HS850 wouldn't connect properly (to be charged). I decided to use a credit with a company to buy the Motorola H700. The salesman talked me into buying a Plantronics Voyager 510 which was $15 more. I hated it!!

One of the things I'd grown to love is Motorola's Rapid Connect. The Plantronics was difficult to turn on and off and there's about a 3-4 second delay when you do. I ended up returning the Plantronics and bought the Motorola H700 which I love!!

Pairing is a piece of cake. Except for needing to do the initial charge I was up and running in a flash. Open the beam and you're connected, close the beam and it's turned off. I use this with a BlackBerry Curve.

The H700 has better sound than the previous headsets I owned. I guess the H710 is supposed to be 25% better but I'm still a happy camper and will stick with Motorola!!

One last comment about headsets in general, they don't have the greatest life span.

The head set matched up with my phone very nice and is easy to use. I don't like the way you have to flip the set to open,cant do it while wearing it. Also the one I have will turn it's self off for no reason...clarity is good..the volume doesn't hold to the setting I put on it.. every time i turn it on i have to reset the volume.it starts very low and I have to adjust it . the size is good.. I had the H800 model before this one and found it would not hold a charge for very long so that's why I bought this one..all in all I would give it a
good rating...great price....
