I purchase three of these units for my family and me. All three have the same problem. I have returned two of them for a different model replacement and probably will return the last one. I LOVE the fit, the ease of operation and the lightness on my ear BUT the volume is terrible. Every unit I or my family used was very difficult to hear the conversation and the party on the other line constantly complained about voice breaking up and hard to understand us. Tried numerous times even with Motorola tech support help to turn up the volume and none of the three could get any higher than MEDIUM HIGH. I would not recommend this model until they fix the volume and reception problems.

Great device!! Great price!! Easy setup. Comfortable to wear. Sound quality is unbelievable both incoming and outgoing. Glad I read the reviews to understand about the flap covering the charge input. I don't think I'll have a problem with that, but will take extra precaution with charging the phone. Plus you do not have to have the iPhone right next to you to use. I understand about 30 ft is the maximum distance from the bluetooth to the iPhone. I could not be more pleased!!!

I bought two of these, one for me and one for my wife. My wife's slider quit working about a month of LIGHT use. (she uses it when she is driving to work). mine was used heavily, i would use it about 5 to 6 hours daily. My mic went out one day, if u want a cheap blue tooth, as i did i dont recommend this one.
