Motorola Needed 4 Upgrades but Does the Job
This program needed 4 upgrades, but is more than worth the price I paid. Still having problems with synchronization, but hope to work through this difficulty. Backs up phone data. Transfered my data from old phone to new OK. Makes it easier to assign quick dial numbers. More intuitive than my old program with previous phone. Can read in info from Outlook Express...

I received Motorola Tools 4 program as advertised. This program is upgradeable to Tools 5.0. This is a great buy. On the downside, Verizon has disabled many of the features. I guess they want sell ringtones and music.

I bought this to backup and sync all the cellphones in the family (We all have Motorolas). So, far this is working out exactly as I wanted. The delivery was fast. The installation was easy. It's easy to set up different account/setups for differnet phones. However,I knew from other postings I should take the time to do it right and use the Live Upgrade feature and reboot before connecting any phones. I didn't know another feature was ability to use the cellphone as a wireless modem. I don't know if my cell provider will allow it, but it's nice to have that option in an emergency.
Why anyone would spend $40 in a store for Moto tools when this option is available is beyond me.
