I purchased a bluetooth for my cell phone however it wouldn't work with my particular phone. I contacted emallgroup about their return policy. THey gave me a return address so I sent it back to them requesting a refund. THey took the bluetooth but never refunded my money.

I purchased this in 2008. I have used it on and off since then. It has spent most of its time in the junk drawer. But when I have a girlfriend to talk to I use it. I hate holding a phone to my head. The battery life is good. I would say its range is good.. The little light on the side blinks randomly which is really anoying especially when I am driving at night. Im sure other people can see it light up the inside of my car.. One side of the clip broke last week but it still stays on my ear as long as im not running around.. The chrome on the plastic is all scraped up but its not the h500's fault. if you saw my phone you would see how hard I am on things, I have scotch tape holding the battery cover on.. If I were to buy this again I would like to get the white one for change.. I do not remember if it came with a charger. I use my moms motorolla phone charger.

This product is well constructed, as I would expect from Motorola products. However, the sound quality of the H500 was bad. Considering the fact that I live in a city and is so noisy that I absolutely need great sound quality. Now, I must say the sound quality is in fact good, it's the fact that there is no ear bud, and the way the H500 sits is not as securely pressed against my ear to hear the other party as loud and clear as if I were to manually hold the ear piece close to my ear. Another reason why this product sucks is the fact that it takes a long time to turn on and off. I push a stroller with my child and noticed, while pushing a heavy stroller, especially across the street, that waiting a good 7 seconds for the product to turn on is frustrating when I need two hands to properly handle the stroller. This was the last straw. I never had this lagging from any other Motorola headset products.

I strongly recommend the H710. It is very similar to the design of the H500, and a great upgrade from it, too. I really loved it, before it had got lost.

I was very happy with this product but other people were not. That's because I could hear very well with this bluetooth but everyone else seems to be hearing an echo or buzzing sound along with my voice. If I can have it exchanged I would be very grateful. Thanks for asking.

Works great. Sound is wonderful, no one knows you are on a headset. Highly recommend.

It's all around great. The sound, ease of use, everything. I'm very satisfied. There is only one super annoyance. If you carry it with you in your pocket, it will constantly pick up your calls. Because of how the button is situated it's inevitable. I answered my phone a lot and I didn't hear anything. It wasn't until I realized I heard a voice coming out of my pocket that I understood what was happening. And it doesn't matter if you shut it off completely. It will still turn on and answer your calls. It might even make a couple on its own too. Very frustrating.

Otherwise, it's fantastic! Seriously. I keep it in my car and I bring it in when I get home at night. I just don't carry it around anymore, so I'm very happy with it. BUT...if you're gonna carry it in your pocket a lot, buy a different brand. If not, than this one is definitely worth buying.
