This item was just what I was looking for - I wanted to transfer photos taken on my Motorola K1 to my laptop. The setup was easy using the included CD, just followed the instructions. I was able to transfer the photos I wanted easily because the program is self-explanatory. This is a great product, and though I have not tried all the features that come with it such as downloading new ringtones to the phone, I am satisfied with it.

I got this software to extract pictures from my cellphone of my recently deceased dog. The software seemed to back up the contact info from my Razr but it did not allow for media transfer between phone and pc.

Shipping was slow. I had to load then unload software once or twice. Sometimes it doesn't recognize phone. I can't get to the data base in the PC unless the phone is plugged in, maybe I'll sort that out later. But basically I just needed it to work once and eventually it did. My phone was damaged and I could not get the contact list moved to another phone via normal cell provider methods. This software did the trick.

I recommend this product for any Motorola phone user with a computer. Easy to install, easy to use. One might say it's so easy, even a gecko could do it.

I bought this item specifically to download Pics from my camera phone to my computer First they sent me the cable with no software then they sent me a link for software that is not for my phone and has no camera capabitlities Now they tell me that companies dont have the software with the cables it is obsolete, it would cost me just as much to ship it back to them as what I paid for it so I would still be out money all I wanted was the right software how hard is that I even told them which software it was but all they keep giving me is BS. BEWARE DONT BUY FROM THEM!!!!

I had looked at a way to "cheaply" get my pics off of my Razor. The "latest" version of the software was anything but that! This does everything I wanted - plus it is fun to add some personalized ring tones and it is so easy.

I received motorola phone tools Cd and it won't work can not get it to even bring me to a install screen. Bad disc. Feel totally ripped off and now have to go through the process of reordering and returning bad product. Lost lots of time in the process. No instruction manuel no phone number no nothing just a disc that doesn't work. No name of the company where I can return it. Just more work.

I got the package including software and a cable so I could transfer pictures from my Motorola RAZR V3 phone to my pc. The description stated specifically that the Motorola RAZR V3 ahone WAS supported. The cable is great but after installing the software and getting all the updates I got a message saying my phone was NOT supported! Very dissapointing!

Software only allows synchronization of Contacts with PC and Backup. It does not allow file transfer on my W385 or my RAZR V3c.
