its the item and not the seller
the first one i received would not charge my phone. i wrote the seller and she sent me a new one right away. Unfortunately, the second one does not charge without my hand having to hold the charger to the phone. These chargers look like Motorola chargers but they are not. From now on I only buy name brand replacements, the cheaper versions just aren't worth the hassle. High quality Motorola charger works well and is durable and well made. Highly recommended over the cheap copies.

The price on this item was much lower.I use mine daily in transportation as a courier.It is abused everyday.The cost from the cell server online or in there store is very costly.This is not my first time to buy one online.Keep up the good job.

Not much to really say other than it works as advertised. I use it while I'm on the road in a very rural part of California. Until I have enough $$ to purchase an extended life battery for my Motorola i580, I just keep it plugged into this vehicle battery charger. The price was right and Amazon shipping and processing was as usual, very fast.
