The product is not so great considering the price range. There is static noise on the speaker and can be heard especially when playing softer melody or music. The volume control does not work on either the acutal speaker or the remote control. The only way to adjust the volume was to adjusting the electronic equipment you are playing from (computer, ipod, etc.). I especially ordered this speaker because of the feature of playing the USB flash drive, but that did not work at all. I was very disappointed. The control buttons on the speaker is confusing to use especially since it has no icon or image. The pause on the remote control works, but unpausing it doesn't resume the play. The only way I could make it work is by unplugging the cords and plugging it back in. I don't know if I just got a defective item or it's the acutal problem with the technology of the item. If you want to risk buying this product; be warned, you might have to return it.
