Excellent Introduction/Overview to all Basic Bike Care
Not sure what the previous reviewer is talking about. This is an excellent instructional DVD. It gives you EVERYTHING you need to KNOW to keep your bike running and adjusted like new!!!!

Only 7 minutes out of 46 minutes of worthwhile information. It is at the end of the dvd describing the assemblage of the Shimano XTR, which most bicycle commuters do not use. The rest is the basics for beginers.
