I am 5'3", 110 lbs. First I ordered an extra small. It fit well enough.
But, my purpose for this jacket is to be my outer layer---
so I need to be able to wear two layers (thermal shirt, and a thin-ish fleece jacket) underneath.
I exchanged it for a size small. This size allows enough room for layers underneath,
but fits well enough to wear over a t-shirt without being too big.

I have not actually had a chance to wear it out in the rain yet, so I can't comment on that or give it 5 stars.

But it is very lightweight and warm. It compacts decently and does not take up too much room in a backpack. It seems to be of high quality construction and material.
And the color is pretty (fresh blue). I also like the brim on the hood, it's almost like the visor on a baseball cap.

But if you are around my height and weight, even if you don't plan on layering, go with the size small rather than an extra small. I think you will be happier.
