After selling 120 pounds during it's debut weekend at the Hudson Valley Garlic Festival, we've decided to offer this exclusive product! This brand new bacon is our signature thick country-slice bacon and is dry rubbed with garlic and spices. It is then cured and smoked with apple and hickory wood in our stainless steel smokehouses. It has become our new favorite bacon! This bacon has a well rounded smoked flavor, a hint of sweetness, and a nice garlic finish.
