Get's the job done
The strap has a tendency to 'ride up' and eventually dig in to my side. I found if I wore shorts with a thicker waist it would stay below that belt line. The other option was loosening the belt but then the water bottle really flops around while running. The little pocket is nice to throw your keys and ID in, but don't put your MP3 player or cell phone in there. The...

Bottle review
The bottle Carrier was fine, but the belt needs to be a little longer. Otherwise, it's OK.

The strap has a tendency to 'ride up' and eventually dig in to my side. I found if I wore shorts with a thicker waist it would stay below that belt line. The other option was loosening the belt but then the water bottle really flops around while running. The little pocket is nice to throw your keys and ID in, but don't put your MP3 player or cell phone in there. The dark color material held close to your body heats up fast and promptly fried my cell phone.
All in all it works well, and I can go for much longer runs in the summer heat than before without too much inconvenience.
