Water Bottle Pockets September 22, 2011

First pack without the water bottles, pockets sized for baby bottles, no two way zippers.
Waist belt doesn't stay tightened. Poor product from a company such as Mountainsmith.

Mountainsmith Swift II September 17, 2010
Color Name:Heritage Red|Amazon Verified Purchase
Poor water holders on this pack. Bought this thinking the "Delta" support system would not pull down with a couple of 22oz water bottles. I'm just going to have to stick with my larger Camelpak for short hikes. Will sell on EBAY used.

Useful day trip pack August 20, 2009
Amazon Verified Purchase
I bought the Swift II after several years of having the Lumbar fanny
pack. The present Vibe II, is the one most like the small pack I have.
For walking around the neighborhood the small one suits me just fine,
however sometimes I want to carry more than what can fit in that, so I
bought the Swift II. For instance this week I went to an exercise
class and put two two pound weights and a fitness tube, a stretch tube,
in the Swift II. This is the maximum I would want to carry in this
pack. I like the design of the weight resting on my hips.

There are a few details I would like to see improved. The pack needs
some protective grommets on the bottom, it has a flat cloth bottom.
It looks like, if you were too casual about resting it on ground, it could
wear out quickly. The eyewear pocket can only accomodate a small
frame. I have shown that in my photo.

lumbar pack
Good day pack. Waist strap is somewhat bulky. Extra shoulder straps purchased were not a good fit.
