I liked the story, but I personally think the special christmas edition was a little much. There were a lot of extras in the book that I don't think we'll get use out of.

This book is one in the series of If You Give a Mouse a Cookie books. In this one they return to the original precocious mouse. It all begins with a simple trip to the movies. Yet while at the movies the mouse asks for popcorn, then he wants to string the popcorn together, and next he wants to put it on a tree. This is a wonderful book for the holiday season, as the mouse makes decorations and decorates the tree. Wonderfully illustrated and a fun story to read and share with little ones.

This edition comes with lots of extras.

I just LOVE these books! So much fun to read to my kids and now to my grandchildren! GREAT gift books!

Bought this book for a gift. This series of books are always fun, but nothing is as good as the original!

This was bought as a gift, but young children really love these books. They are not too long and have really great themes throught the books that draws kids attention.

My children read If you give a mouse a Cookie and now I am buying them all for my niece and will continue with my granddaughter. Wonderful book!

My children are 4 and 6 and have really enjoyed this book. They especially love the cd- we have listened to the story and songs numerous times in the car.
