Sparkling diamond accents add a feminine touch to this sophisticated dress watch from Movado's Kara series. Silvertone Dauphine hands and Movado's iconic concave dot marker highlight the perfectly round black Museum dial. This is the Movado's signature dial, made famous by American designer Nathan George Horwitt in 1947. Horwitt intended his minimalist design to be evocative of a sun dial, with the dot representing the sun at high noon. The elegant dial is set in a solid steel case framed by a diamond-accented bezel. It presents on a slender silver-tone bangle bracelet that fastens with a jewelry clasp. In addition to its classic styling and graceful silhouette, the Kara offers precise Swiss quartz movement and a highly scratch-resistant sapphire crystal. This watch is water resistant to 30 meters.

This watch is a beauty! Absolutely stunning!
However, I found the bracelet is not scratch-proof at all!!!
After wearing it for one week, it got scraches all over the band! I am not doing some heavy-duty work, I just read books, write notes, with the bracelet rubbing against table surface occassionally.
I know for protecting the watch, I am not suppose to do that, but be realistic, it's a watch, how can I keep my arm in the air the whole time to display the watch, and not do any work?
It should have some scratch-proof at least...
Do you gals have the same problem with the bracelet?

I received my order today. It has been shipped in a timely manner, only took two days to get it. I'm really impressed. I like the watch very much. It's simple, but elegant. I've been struggling bewteen Kara and Amorosa, and finally chose Kara. It just fits me better. I really like the simple but elegant design.
