No manufacturer's warranty, November 17, 2008

This is an absolutely beautiful watch and is exactly the same thing as you'd find in a jewelry store, with one important difference. It does NOT come with the manufacturer's warranty as was claimed on Amazon's website. The reason this is important is because the Amazon warranty does not provide the same coverage as the Movado warranty (go to the Movado website for details) and the watch cannot be serviced at a local warranty station. If you can live with that, then save more than a few bucks by buying on Amazon. Personally, I didn't want to take that chance with a very expensive diamond watch, so I returned it and bought at a local jewelry store for a decent price.
