This watch is great. I have owned it for four years now and it is still working and beautiful as ever. Every time I wear it, I get compliments and I believe this is one of the best looking Movado's out there. I bought this watch from a Movado store and had excellent customer service.

I purchased this watch and after just a few months of light wear I lost a link. I called Movado expecting a hassle free solution. They refused to provide me with another link to the watch, even though it's a current watch. I expected better from a company like this. When my Seiko Premier got too small for me, they sent me 2 links free of charge no questions asked, but...

When my Seiko Premier got too small for me, they sent me 2 links free of charge no questions asked, but a luxury watch company can't do the same? These guys are pathetic. Stephen and Faye at their call center were rude and unhelpful. I've been less than impressed with the quality of these watches and the quality of their service.
