When searching the Internet I was very surprised to find Amazon with the lowest price for the Movado Meza watch. I trust Amazon more than other Internet sources, and was happy to see that Amazon was the supplier (not a 3rd-party). I was okay with the fact that Amazon would be providing the 2-year warranty (not Movado) as I didn't see the value of paying $100 or more extra to buy from a Movado dealer, for what might be an equivalent repair service - even if ever needed. So I ordered the watch (with free shipping) from Amazon on Mar 3, saw that it shipped Mar 8, and I had it by Mar 12. It came packaged as any new Movado, so any worries about fakes, used, etc. were eliminated. I waited a day before wearing it, to make sure that it kept proper time, as the return privileges are pretty narrow - require that the watch not to be used or changed (e.g., cannot change the fit without losing the 30-day exchange privilege). Overall, I am quite happy with the watch, the delivery process and the value. I enjoy Amazon for books and now I know they are a superb resource for watches too. Their price was more than $100 less than web sites with whom I had no relationship/didn't trust, and hundreds less than local jewelry stores. If you like this Movado, Amazon is a good place to get it.

I purchased this watch as a gift. It is versatile enough for every day wear, adding a touch of class to a casual jeans look or modern elegance with a shirt and tie. It is not "flashy" as many men's watches are with multi-tones, bezels and bling, but catches people's eye - it's a new classic with a crisp modern appearance. It's low profile and relative weight make it comfortable for every day wear. My boyfriend has received many compliments on this watch. It was a perfect gift.

I purchased this watch for my husband's 40th. I chose it because of its simple yet elegant look, and of course, the amazing price! My husband LOVED it. We took it to the Movado store to have the a couple of links removed (they charge $20.00) and saw a very similar watch for $1,300.00!!!!

This is definitely a keeper.
