This precision timepiece from Movado's Harmony series offers absolute elegance in gleaming stainless steel, mother-of-pearl, and diamonds. It features an iridescent white mother-of-pearl Museum dial with silver-tone hands and a single concave dot at the twelve o'clock position. This is the minimalist look made famous for Movado by American designer Nathan George Horwitt in 1947. Horwitt intended his design to be evocative of a sun dial, with the dot representing the sun at high noon. The dial is framed by a perfectly round polished steel bezel that is accented at the top and bottom with a total of ten small round diamonds. It presents on an elegant bracelet-style band that consists of two curved open-link pieces of polished stainless steel. The curved pieces are joined in back by patterned links and the bracelet closes with a jewelry clasp. The bracelet features adjustable links and fits wrist sizes up to 7 inches. Other notable features of this watch include a scratch-resistant sapphire crystal and precise Swiss quartz movement. Water-resistant to 30 meters, it can withstand splashes and brief immersion in water; however, it is not sufficiently resistant for swimming.

This watch is well done. Simple and easy. Beautiful and understated. Perhaps a little too pricey for what it is. Your clearly buying a name and nothing more.

Needs to be part of the solar cell game to rationalize the cost.
