I've been looking for a way to get my plump 4 year old to be more active, so I bought this video. She LOVES it! We move the coffee table & do it together. She wants to do it everyday- it definitely met my expectations. I like this video better than Elmocize(I bought both at the same time) because it is produced with a focus on fun exercise in mind rather than focusing more on entertainment. If we have this on, my daughter is moving. With Elmocize, she can just watch it without being enticed to get up & move. The only reason for 4 stars instead of five is editing/directing could have been better. My four year old could care less, but these little details irritate me a bit. It is quick the first few times you watch it, but my daughter got the hang of it right away(faster than I did!). Now we know the routine & have a ball!

This video is a wonderful combination of practicing specific movements and free dancing. Deborah Damast and Sara Lavan bring so much energy, and the kids on the tape are clearly having a blast. The tape is incredibly inviting, making it a lot of fun for parents and kids to dance along with together. I can't wait for the next volume!

It was a little slow moving. Did not quite keep the attention of my daughter. Might be fun for 2-3 year olds. I think it is a little too young for 5-6 year olds.

My children, ages 3 and 4, absolutely love this video. It provides them with hours of entertainment, helps them exercise and practice coordination. They crack up during the Freeze Dance every single time! It's a great way to keep the kids active during winter time, when it's too cold to play outside.

As a dance professional, I loved this tape, and so did my two year old niece. It is a great way to encourage exercise early on in a child's life.

I love this video and my three-year-old daughter loves it too. She asks me to play it literally everyday and does the entire thing from beginning to end, all by herself. It's a great way for me to get some uninterrupted time to myself and to also have her doing something that's good for her. And what a great way for her to get exercise on rainy days! My only complaint is that I wish they had an advanced version. I know that my daughter will grow out of this and will want something more challenging. But I've definitely gotten my money's worth out of this video! I'm back to buy another one for my niece.

My 4 & 5 year old preschool group of 20 love this video. I was looking for something to get them moving on days we couldn't go outside and they ask for it all the time! It's fun, they love the movements and it great for following direction skills.

LOVE IT!!! I bought this video for my daughter for her 4th birthday. She has played it almost every day for the past six months, especially when she has a "play date." We, yes I participate too, enjoy the creative dance and fitness in the video. I have also bought the Move N Groove video for my sister who is Kindergarten teacher in Baltimore and she uses it once a week in her curriculum. It is a "must have" for every 2+ year old!

My daughter is trying to exercise more and this really makes it fun for her.

I was looking for an exercise video for my daycare group, ages 2-5. They really like dance, exercise and music videos. This one did not hold the attention of any of the age groups. I am sorry to say I would keep looking if considering this video.Even the kids in the video seem bored with the activities.
