5.0 out of 5 stars Go back to britain
First of all, this first reviewer obviously doesn't realize that she is reviewing a c.d., and not an African American songwriting family tree. This song is worth buying because it is not of the new rap-styles of heavy beats and other strong electronica. 1.0 out of 5 stars Someone needs to Slooooooooow down here....!
This CD has its moments but it's not the best of the best. I'm glad to say that Nonye Akuba was acknowledged for her part in this CD but I wish that it had been as good as Talib Kweli's other works. First of all, this first reviewer obviously doesn't realize that she is reviewing a c.d., and not an African American songwriting family tree. This song is worth buying because it is not of the new rap-styles of heavy beats and other strong electronica. Also, you can hear a young rapper from Cincinnati early on, before he gets big, and be able to say "Damn, I remember when he was coming up, now That was a good cd". Besides, The 'Nnati is about to blow up, get in on it while you can. first this, next RAM-Z, then who knows. Watch out Atlanta! So, for the first reviewer, spend less time boring us, and more time at the dentist.
