This book made me work MOM muscles that I didn't even know I had! I saw a difference in just two weeks, and I'm 20 plus years postpartum! Written with a sense of humor and plenty of wit...brought a smile to my face, I was sorry to get to the end. Thumbs up for this fun, challenging book!

Finally! A book like this exists! After my 3rd daughter was born, within 10 months of my second and 30 months from my 1st, I was simply at a loss.
Here I was, 40 years old, back to back babies, and I thought my body would never see the light of day again.
This book is remarkable, but best of all it WORKS!!
I have my energy, stamina and body tone back, and it keeps getting better.
A fun read, simple but smart steps and a renewed faith in myself.

This book is a really good starting point with simple excercises you can do in a short amount of time, perfect for new mommies. However I quickly found the routines too easy and wanted something more intense.

I haven't finished reading this book yet, but what I've read is magnificent! The author is down to earth, and truly understand the challenges of new moms. The exercises given are easy to do (and thank goodness for the illustrations!), and the dietary and exercise advice is perfect. Truly, anyone could follow this program and it doesn't take much change in lifestyle. It is simple and has all the necessary proponents for weight loss and is in no way extreme. Love it!

This routine makes perfect sense and is so simple. It helped me get the boost I needed after having 2 kids and wanting to change up my dead end routine. I used to injure myself easily trying to perform the same exercises I was used to pre-baby; this helped me re- educate my muscles.

I was one of the guinea pigs for this workout program, not once, but twice. So I can attest to its effectiveness. Think of it as your own little personal trainer in a workbook for hundreds of dollars less! You will really enjoy exercising alongside the Mom in the book who will keep you laughing as you go. Lots of good nutrition information as well. Great gift for new Moms.

I bought two copies of this book because Patti Dunn's program has worked for me and it's a great gift for any new mom. It's engaging and well-written with easy to follow instructions and tips to get you on track. I lost weight and had more energy within days of following her program! I have been in the fitness industry for the past 14 years. I graduated college with my BS in Biology and Psychology which I must say have both been very helpful in working with my "mom clients" who are focused on weight loss after pregnancy.

The most important thing I have learned from being a trainer is that there are many different moms in this world with many different weight loss goals after their pregnancy. Most moms want to lose their pregnancy weight as quickly as possible. It is my job to make sure they do it in a safe, healthy, fun way!

Along with my BS, I have Personal Trainer certifications through the American College of Sports Medicine. I am a certified nutrition advisor through the IART and I am a certified Pre/Post Natal Instructor through AFPA.

I specialize in women's health, with most of my work being with "New Moms" guiding them through their postpartum fitness and nutrition. My book " Move It Mom! is a great accomplishment of mine. The book focuses on how a new mom can really get her body back! It uses my "Big Moves" program to help busy moms lose their pregnancy weight. It helps moms fit fitness into their lives, along with giving great nutrition tips along the way, helping them to achieve their goal of weight loss after baby!
