After having tried other software and having used Movie Magic Screenwriter, this is by far the superior product. Before deciding to purchase this software, I was beginning to think my dreams would remain in my imagination due to my difficulties with other products.

MMS is not only user friendly but very enlightning with it's features and organization. I found the name bank to be quite helpful as my scripts require many extras. Everything is formatted to the industry standard which makes your writing, printing and presentation worry free. The best part of receiving MMS was that within minutes of opening the box, I was typing away at my script. The price is a good value and well worth it.

One of the most satisfying feelings in the world is sitting down and putting the dreams in your mind onto paper. Movie Magic Screenwriter makes this possible.

I've been using this product for about a year and it's about as easy as a program like this gets without sacrificing its professional end product. It's a cinch to learn, with easy fast-keys, a WORD-like interface, and a ton of features you may never get to. Great for plays, video game scenario building, etc., but its strength clearly lies in screenplay creation. All I have to do is think of the story I want to tell, know a few choice commands, and I'm flying with this program.

Great paper tutorial and a reasonable price for this type of program.

I was one of three guys sharing an apartment for one year of film school. I had MMS, the second guy had Final Draft, the third guy had neither; borrowed both. He ended up buying Movie Magic.

Does everything it promises and more. I am really liking how easily i can write a screenplay, keep track of my characters and scenes and get everything down with no trouble. well worth the moeny.

I bought MMS out of sheer frustration with the other script software program I had been using for over 4 years. MMS is so easy to use, I almost forget I'm typing. No more manually capitalizing sluglines, worrying about sentence capitalization, wrylies and getting stuck between the slugline and action line, unable to move. Facing deadlines, I will stick with MMS and highly recommend it to anyone who asks. It's a breeze!!! Now I can actually focus on my story. Thank you MMS!

From the start I had problems with the install. Angry, I emailed customer service. Twenty minutes later I have their tech guy Ken Haberman in an email exchange. We try everything. Nothing works. I'm exploding with anger in CAPS and !!!!!!!!!! Mr. Haberman remains upbeat and suggests I retype in the serial number because maybe I've input the letter B instead of the number 8. Due to complications from a brain tumor my mind does indeed play tricks on me. I would have never thought of this but Mr. Haberman did. Someone should give that guy a raise for taking all my anger and staying cool enough to find the solution. Turns out... I WAS the idiot. I'm eating crow now and LOVING my Movie Magic Screenwriter program. I would've given this program a perfect five stars but the online validation thing really should disappear. Otherwise, a PERFECT program for screenwriters, writers, and comes with excellant customer service and tech support!

Great aid! This screenwriter automatically adjusts margins, spacing, and much much more! I highly recommend this to anyone writing a screenplay!

Kudos to the Write Bros. for putting together this easy to use screenwriting program. It makes staying in the moment as I write a cinch - something that is often challenging since it is so very easy for a writer (at least this writer) to give way to distractions. I also commend the tech support team - I have called with all kinds of questions and always get someone on the line quickly, who is completely proficient and cheery to boot. I give this program a real thumbs up to all writers who want to keep the process simple.

I've used Final Draft and have found it to be "clumsy" and somewhat difficult to use in addition to not having enough features (and more expensive than Movie Magic).

Movie Magic has everything you would ever want in a screenwriting AND novel-writing software program.

I just bought this newer version and it's excellent. It's much easier to use than the prior version and it's very easy to write a novel or screenplay with NO WORK (other than your imagination).

If you're an aspiring screenwriting or novelist...Or an ACCOMPLISHED screenwriter or novelist, YOU SHOULD BE USING THIS SOFTWARE. It can only make the writing process MUCH BETTER!

Highly recommended.

Also, if you're considering Final Draft over this software, you're making a mistake. Get Movie Magic and you won't be disappointed. You'll be very glad you did..all up to the point where you're receiving your Best Screenplay Oscar!
