I bought this and I get complimented on it everytime someone comes into my room; people think I spent [money] on this awesome figure and are suprise to find out I only spent [money]. The detail is AMAZING (but I don't expect anything less from Mr.Mcfarlane).

My only little issue is that I wish it came with a base. I guess I will just have to make one for it; but with a [money] price tag I'm very happy with it.

This model is fantastic. I have bought McFarlane Toys before, but none has impressed me like this one. I gave this as a Christmans present, and they loved it instantly. I was very impressed with it even before the box was opened. I was expecting the hair to be made of a hard plastic, but it was made from a firm flexable plastic. Although I wish both of his arms and fingers moved, I am very happy with just the one side moving. I think this figure is best as a display model, not as an actual toy, that is, if you only plan on buying one. Get two if you want to really play with one. The detail is great. Shiny and matte leather, buckles, loose pieces of clothing haniging off his body. All around it's a very cool model.

I love the movie "Edward Scissorhands" and this doll is amazingly well done. It's one of my favourite collectibles and I love from the tip of his hair to his feet! It's the best doll any collector could own!!

This is an incredibly detailed action figure as you would expect from the folks at McFarlane toys. They really captured the look of Edward Scissorhands, right down to the scars on his face. Incredible! While you probably aren't going to get the maximum amount of play-time out of this figure, it is a great conversation piece and looks really smart on your shelf or desktop. Definitely worth getting if you're a fan of the film.

I ordered around 22 18 inch action figures and this little guy was one of them. I have always loved Edwrard Scissorhands and been a huge fan of tim burton movies ever since Pee Wee's Big Adventure and still watch all his movies till this day. So when I started to collect thes 18 inchers and found out Edward was available I just had to have him no matter what the cost and I got him at a good price under 90 dollars. So i pulled him out of the box and he has a lot of detail, he stands easily on his own. He is not as posable as I would like his head almost seems to look down at the ground and you can't move it up or down only to the sides as if he is saying no. He is not the best or most detailed figure I have but he holds a special place in my heart. He is a must have!

This 18` Edward Scissorhands figure is not for playing with. It's for display purposes I would say. It looked so excellent amongst my other Macfarlane figures. Everyone who saw it, wanted one. Now for the bad news.. In reviewing this figure I was asked above about durability. Although Edward Scissorhands was wonderfully crafted by Macfarlane, it will break easily. After falling off a shelf in my home the figure sadly broke into 3 pieces. As it was in mid-air my stomach tightened and I shouted ..NO! Perhaps I was careless, I don't know. I recommend leaving this beauty in the package if you want it to remain safe. I know when I replace mine, it's staying in the box.

Edward is very detailed and accurate to the movie. The motion activated arm is a bit noisy but it is entertaining and has an off switch so it doesn't matter. The arm is pretty sturdy. When I took it out of the box, the arm was snapped backwards but it just popped back where it should be and worked great.

A very well sculpted and detailed figure with a great paint job which is to be expected from any Mcfarlane Figure the face is especially realistic and accurate which most Movie replica figures lack but not this one I don't think any other Edward figure can compare.

The motion activated animation in the arm is pretty cool serious icing on the cake as the finger blades flex and move when the arm lowers and raises giving some extra life to this already amazing figure making this Figure worth a 10 out of 10 and then some.

Just a great figure to see on any collector or fan of this character's shelf I really wouldn't recommend this for yonger kids as it's too much of a collector's treasure to see miss treated and damaged.

This toy is remarkabie Ihave never seen such a toy in a long time.Altho I have never sen the movie I have herd pepol talk abot it .

Good Stuff Johnny Depp is great and this toy captures the feeling/mood of this character very well.
