great new track from Morten Harket, March 6, 2008

This is a great new track from a-ha singer Morten Harket. It's been a while since he put out an English solo albumn and it's great to know one is on the way. The price is a little steep for a one track cd in a cardboard sleeve, but the song is worth owing. Not sure if it will be on the new albumn or not as some rumors are it is a stand alone, but we'll see. Looking foward to a new albumn due out this year.

Morten Harket Sings a New Song, February 19, 2008

Finally! Morten Harket is back with a new single, Movies, a prelude to the new album, Letter from Egypt, due out later this year (and his first since 1995's Wild Seed). Movies is, to be direct, pure Harket and at his best. It starts out slow, a bit melancholic, but builds quickly to a spirited chorus. The voice is, of course, the indomitable and indubitable Morten Harket...the song was seemingly written with him in mind. We can all look foward to the rest of what promises to be a splendid album.
