PLAYA FLY IS SO TIGHT, MANE!,
By A Customer
This review is from: Movin on (Audio CD)
Once again it's on in tha "FUNKYTOWN". Playa Fly gotta be the dopest rapper in Memphis. I know all bout that SPL thang, since I spent the first 11 years of my life in South Memphis. I stay in Hickory Hill now, but it don't even matter cause I'm still gonna throw up the South. "Nobody Needs Nobody" is a song that made me think that I don't need anyone. I'm straight being by myself and ya'll lames can just go to hell. The beat is so bumpin' that you can't stay in your seat. "Situation" is tight as well. It goes "Situation's critical, everybody's lookin' pitiful", and mane it's so bumpin'! But my favorite song on the Moving On CD would have to be IBN. That is a phrase that "IB" using all the time. "IBN the liquor store or IBN the wind as Fly would say." Ibn, Ibn, IBN. IBN in it to win it. It just don't get no better. SOUTH MEMPHIS at its best! FLY I just want you to know that I admire you and hope you continue to represent the West Tennessee Area, more specifically the M-Town. ABSOLUTELY NO HATIN'. SPL, SPV, NATIONWIDE BABY. SOUTH PARKWAY EVERYDAY, DON'T PLAY!

the most slept on and tightest underground rapper,
By A Customer
This review is from: Movin on (Audio CD)
For everyone who thinks an underground rapper can't make a perfect album then you will be surprised when you here Fly . Movin' On is a perfect example of the tightness down in Memphis. This album is not your every day No Limit nonrappin' *** MC's talking about killing and robbing, this is one of the true rappers talking about every day life in a realistic and respectable styleand manner. Playa Fly has 12 songs on this album and it is tight from start to finish.

THE DIRTY DIRTY SOUTH,
By A Customer
This review is from: Movin on (Audio CD)
Fly is bumping. He has been bumping for a long long time along with Gangsta Blac. It is about time these guys came up. The most thing I like about Fly is that he can flow all day long without cursing either little or none; Which is good for the young people listening. Keep up the good work and dont't give up.

Best Album 2 Ever Come Outta Of Memphis? Movin On!,
By David K. "real deal review" (stb tenn) - See all my reviews
This review is from: Movin on (Audio CD)
Where to start with this album? Like this, it's the best album to EVER come out of the M-town seriously. There's not really any albums that u can play all the way through with out touchin that skip button. This 1 u can. The whole cd is perfect, it's flawless. The lyrics I mean come on it's Playa Fly lyricly he's the best in his city. And the beats go perfect with each song. I would give this album 10 stars if cdnow would let me. I'm not going to comment on any of the songs other than Nobody Needs Nobody. They still play this song in the club, yet it's 2010. I promise, who ever u are if u like hip hop u will like this album, it should b mentioned with the likes of Ready To Die, All Eyez On Me, Illmatic, and what ever other classics come to mind.

Fly does it again in this one, the production in this one improves from the previous album. Almost all songs here are great, he has some guests that do their part too. Of course gangsta blac makes an appereance. Cop this also.
