I finished my first marathon in these shorts. They are the perfect length and I liked the fact that they ride a little low. There is a cotton liner strip in the inside- no chafing whatsoever. They are a must for taining and race day.

I ordered these looking for a wide waistband on a pair of compression shorts. They are nice quality, heavy enough to wear alone or under running shorts and as comfortable as any pair of compression shorts can be. The inner liner is very comfortable also. I am 5'1" and 130 lbs and the medium fit me well, but I think a size small would work also for more support. They are much more low-cut than the picture suggests though which is a problem for my c-section gut - they do roll down constantly and I have to straighten out the waistband. If the cut was a bit higher and stayed put around my waist, they'd be perfect. If you have a flat stomach they'd be great.

Better than asics shorts!!
