Part of a series on British TV called Moving On which deals with modern dilemmas of young adults. Ellen Morgan is deeply in debt and needing to sell her house to pay her debt. John Mulligan a former classmate, appears wanting to buy her house. He knows she is desperate to sell. They become involved despite being warned by her friend that he is a drug dealer. When she finds package of drugs in her luggage, and turns him in, he is sentenced to five years in prison. Their final confrontation in the prison is very intense and he tells her that he is ok with what he has done to survive, but how can she live with the knowledge that drug money paid for everything she owns. In the end, her friend picks her up to help her moving on. Excellent performance, particularly Richard Armitage as John Milligan.
