4.0 out of 5 stars Good Selection, November 14, 2004

Finally, here is a book that is not filled with outrageous monologues. This book is filled with pieces that would be great for auditions. Unlike most books that claim to be diverse but center on a single theme this book delivers.

4.0 out of 5 stars a great source for good monologues, April 7, 1999
This review is from: Moving Parts: Monologues from Contemporary Plays (Paperback)
This book doesn't have a lot of "weird" monologues in it. I liked the variety of styles, and lesser known playwrights. These are some monologues they haven't heard!

3.0 out of 5 stars Pretty Good, January 10, 2011

I bought this to look for scripts for speech. It has a lot of good stuff in it. It's not the best source for scripts, but it does has some usable things in it. Not the best, but worth it.
