I bought this book last year when we were starting to get ready to sell and move my mom from her home of 40 years. I knew we as children and my mother had a totally different idea of what needed to happen. If we were going to survive this project we needed to understand and work with each other. Bruce hit the nail directly on the head!!His observations were so correct it was like he had been there with us. It is great for adult children to read to help understand why Mom can't get busy and get rid of stuff. It was good for seniors to understand they were not alone and most people faced with this had the same fears and problems. Bruce encourages and helps everyone to move past the "work" and look toward the future. We have used the practical information and lists from his book through our continuing process. I did not know when I bought the book that Bruce's offices were actually in the same town as my mother. I felt like I had won the lottery!! He and his staff were so kind and patient with my mother. Do not hesitate to buy this book or use his services.
