Book Description

A personal memoir of the drive with my father from my old home in Orlando, FL to my new home in Las Vegas, NV. It's the story of two men on the road for four days and their adventures while driving across the south of America. From heavy rain in Florida, how big Texas really is, and incredible vistas through the American Southwest, all the little details are in here.

About the Author

Chris was born in Rochester, NY, but moved to Buffalo, NY when he was only a few weeks old. His childhood was a normal one, at least as normal as a childhood in Western New York during the 1970's and 1980's could be. Chris also spend a lot of time in Central Florida during his formative years which probably explains his somewhat unusual outlook on life. He has lived in Orlando, FL and Las Vegas, NV. He got smart in 2012 and moved to Denver, CO.

Chris has held positions as a magazine editor, used car salesman, graphic artist, newspaper production manager (and reporter), corporate trainer, typesetter, system administrator, web designer, computer programmer, and maitre d' of a steakhouse for one night.

While I lived the trip, it was interesting to review the many details that I had long forgotten. What a memory my son has! So proud. A very partial Dad. :-)
