I like this book because it is practical. I can take a project, a vision, a plan to the 7 steps and watch it grow and bloom. I can teach right out of this book and it is small enough to carry in my handbag for any time reference. It is just want to know without all the extras. Moving from Vision to Reality is a great, handy reference that every leader in every walk of life should have. It provides scriptural insights to finding out who you are and using this information to lead you forward. The book is inspirational with stories about encouters Cyril experienced allowing you to see yourself in the areas being discussed. The book can be used in Churches, schools, corporations, and all types of organizations. It touches every aspect of life. The book is also simple, easy to read, with specific steps of how to be successful leaders. I recommend this book to everyone, especially those needing motivation to realize your dreams.

This book is easy to understand and put into action. I look forward to applying the methodology to move my vision to a reality. I can also see how the methodology is repeatable. The book gives good examples of how critical a great leaders is to the success of reaching reality.
