You will actually read and reference this book! Great book of action items without the fluff. As Jeffrey Gitomer's Sales Bible does for sales, Moxie covers the basic must haves for startups and small companies. I like the rules of thumb and examples. This is the practical reference that we give to small companies to help them work with our Global 1000 clients.

Moxie is Jim Flower's mantra: he wholeheartedly believes in the power of gumption and stick-to-itiveness that moxie embodies. This book is a quick read, but it will leave you with two valuable things:

1. The concept that "luck" favors the bold, and that with hard work and an ability to ask for/work toward what you need/want, you will succeed.

2. Motivation. This book will make you want to get on the internet and e-sign LLC documents this evening, the urge to go into business for yourself will be so strong!

Definitely a great read, and a steal at these Amazon prices!
