I am a music teach for young children and I don't believe simply listening to music will make children smarter. However, this is wonderful music that relaxes my children and seems to help them concentrate. If they can concentrate better, they probably will learn better in the end.

Children will I am sure like the simplified rhythms and cute arrangements, especially the Cambridge Buskers playing Nachtmusik on a penny whistle. However, the producers apparently dubbed the CD from poor quality recordings (phonograph records?)with pops and clicks, without editing out the feeps and farps. So the audio quality is less than you'd get from a ... remainder rack.

Classical music just feeds our spirits! This is a perfect arrangement when I am creating with the kids, i.e.; painting, drawing, reading, creating imaginary worlds, cooking, playing games, etc. This volume of Mozart collectively calms and inspires.

A funny way to introduce your kids to classical music. Tracks are short using infantile sounds.

This was suggested to me by a music teacher. I play it for my 20 month old right before bed time.

This Cd is great. I play it for my 4 year old and 6 month old. My 6 month old seems to react to the music quite well and is usually pretty calm while this plays, my 4 yeard old loves to pretend to be a ballerina to it. Overall, I'm very pleased with my purchase. This Cd is exactly what I was looking for.

If a CD cover can help younger folks listen and by listening they learn to discern desiring the "audible" from the start, then buy it! ***Terrific value that can only be had for Jeff B.'s Amazon. Customer service is the best. Suggestion: Purchase an extra one and give away!

I like the music and variety of selections. I wish it had more selections.

This is a pretty run of the mill clasical music CD. The first track sounded a little rough to me (sounded like harmonica and recorder -- I was not overly impressed) but the other tracks seem more par for the course.
