I bought this because the literature says your baby can hear music from within the womb. This helped me through the long tough days at work which in turn was a benefit to my baby.

The Mozart effect research was done with "Adults". Some studies show that "adults" get smarter within 15 minutes after listen to Mozart. Some studeis show that it does not make an adults smarter. It does not work. Listen to this to make yourself feel better, but the fact remains: This will not make your baby smarter.

I purchased it thinking in my baby, I was 6 month pregnant when I got it. I listen to it at least one time per day.
Results....my daughter is very smart... at age 1 she knew abc, the colors in english and spanish.
She's not a genius but she is a fast learner, analizes her environment, uses sophisticaded words... I wonder sometimes if it was the Mozart music...
