Non Stick Rib Rack

First off if you like to cook ribs, a rib rack is an excellent addition to allow for cooking of more meat in a smaller space. That said, this rack falls under the medium rating. It is able to get 6 racks of ribs in a small space, but it was unfortunately too large for my brinkman smoker. It did however work with my weber genesis silver b grill. Also the ribs are tightly packed and I ended up cooking the 3 ribs instead and spread them out a bit more to ensure adequate air flow. Also, it may say dishwasher safe, but I noticed rust on the first washing and it still had some of the soot from the grill on it. You really need to handwash this.

Pros:
- Comfortable fit 3 (up to 6) racks in the space of 1
- Pretty easy to handwash
- Inexpensive

Cons:
- Not dishwasher safe
- 6 ribs is a tight fit
- Metal a little thin in the construction

That said, when I go to replace this, I probably won't buy the same one, but will give another brand a shot.

This thing is horrible. Besides not being dishwasher safe, it really is impossible to get the rack clean. All things non-stick don't handle high temperatures well and grills get very hot. My 3rd time using it has left it with no non-stick and who knows what I have been eating with the ribs, maybe some chemicals. If I could, I would knock this down to a 1 star.
