In theory this is a nice set, and I like all of the different tools -- but I bought this as a gift, and I'm going to return it. It just looks too cheap. The wooden handles are chipped in some places, there's almost no finish on them, and the plastic case is really flimsy and cheap looking. Perhaps if I was buying them for myself I wouldn't mind, but I'd be embarrassed to give this as a gift.

The plus about this set is the sheer number of things you get. I especially liked the idea of getting a set of knives with this....

The minus is just about everything else. The case is cheap shoddy plastic. The large tools are all TOO LARGE and bulky, I found them to be rather unwieldy. The worst thing about them, believe it or not, is that the rubber grips STINK to high heaven. They must off-gas like crazy or something because I found it to be seriously offensive (it's a very chemical sort of odor, I ended up cutting the rubber off from the most-used tools and throwing it out). The basting brush is COMPLETELY USELESS - the bristles are made from a plastic-based material, so guess what happens when you try to baste a hot piece of meat? They melt, if you're lucky they just melt together and not right into your piece of chicken...This probably matches the smelly, off-gasing rubber gribs in terms of stupidity...Anyway, I would recomend getting some other tools, they are probably more expensive for a reason..

My husband was very pleased with this set. It is the best one yet. The handles are great to grip and the set is easy to use. They wash clean easily. This is a great product. I would recommend it to anyone who loves to grill.

Product description said "Made in the USA", but when it arrived it said "Made in China" all over case and each individual piece. I returned it without using. For $20 or less I can get a crappy barbeque set made in China. I don't care what the brand name is.

This is an awesome set!! My husband and I use it all the time. It looks great and can really take a beating.

I bought this thinking it would be awesome.. I mean, the title says it all, right?... Mr Bar-B-Q. Marketing... they sure did their job... but the makers.. not so sure they did theirs. Here is why I only rated it 3 stars. When my boyfriend opened this up, the case to this BBQ set was a very light plastic. One of the hinges was broken and all the components were all over the place inside the cheap plastic case. I guess... you get what you pay for. My boyfriend uses this whenever we BBQ and it works... so if you don't mind a cheap plastic (could end up broken at your front door)case, then you should get it. All the tools work fine and feel sturdy. Next time around I am going to get a nicer BBQ set for him.

LOVE! LOVE! LOVE this BBQ set! We've owned it for three years and it is in great condition still. The plastic tool case is very sturdy and easy to clean. The tools themselves wash easy with some soap and water. The wood is sturdy and the long handles are great for grilling close to charcoal grills when it gets hot or the flames get really high. This is a very efficient grilling tool set that I would recommend to anyone and am buying for friends who love to grill.

If you take good care of the tools and store them inside then they will last you just as long as your grill itself, if not longer.

cheaply made, rusts fastly, the rubber handles peels off after couple of usage.........you can definitelt buy better and cheaper from the $-Store, Marshalls and ROSS.

Best set I've ever had. I only give it 4 stars because good luck trying to put everything back and closing it again. So plan on never using the case again. The tools are strong built and the quality is fantastic. The brush is the first thing to wear out. You would have to bend the tangs after a year of use or so. I wish they replace the brush with a smaller 2nd. tangs that would be excellent.

The afoementioned BBQ tool set was given as a Christmas gift. The receiver was quite satisfied and started to use them right away. The construction was excellent and the appearance was outstanding.
