The five tools in this set from Mr. Bar-B-Q’s Premium collection are constructed of glossy, 1.8-millimeter-thick stainless steel with solid wood handles for superior durability. Finger and thumb indentations have been carved into the squared handles for easy gripping. The set includes a 3-in-1 spatula, fork, knife, tongs, and a basting brush--essential tools for great barbecuing.

Extra-long for a good reach across even the largest grill, the tools range in length from 17-1/2 inches (tongs) to 21 inches (spatula and knife). Most versatile is the 3-in-1 spatula, which not only lifts and drains meats, but also cuts with a sharp serrated edge on one side, and tenderizes with prongs on the other. The toothed tongs taper to a point that grabs even the smallest piece of food. However, it takes a strong grip to hold these heavy-duty tongs together. Sharp four-inch tines on the fork spear everything from a whole chicken to thin hot dogs. The seven-inch-bladed knife slices through thick steaks with ease. The brush features a 1-1/2-inch wide basting surface. All tools can be hung and although dishwasher-safe, are best washed by hand. --Ann Bieri

This set is great, its huge compared to the picture but it it easy to wash and very handy to use. The utensils seem very sturdy and have been holding up well so far.
