My husband and I bought a big stainless steel grill (the kind with the side shelf and side burner, about 65" total I think). We looked at covers for it around town, and found the cheapest to be about $25-$30. This price pretty much got you a flimsy tarp cut in the shape of a grill. Not to say that these covers aren't effective, but we live in the south where rain, wind, and sometimes snow are a factor. For anything heavy duty, we found that covers were costing around $60 and up. I came on Amazon and found this cover for under $30 and gave it a shot.
This cover is made of heavy material and feels like it will hold up over time. I don't see it ripping from any normal use. It fits our grill perfectly, covering the whole thing. I like that I can put this on while the grill is still hot, because I am not one to remember to go back outside later to slap a cover on.
Overall I would highly recommend this cover. And you definitely can't beat this price for this good quality.

I'm really pleased with this cover. It is very heavy, so the wind doesn't blow it off and it is secured with velcro instead of a drawstring which will rot. I really like that you don't have to wait for the grill to be completely cool before you put it on. I do usually wait about 30 minutes just because it would be easy to brush up against the hot grill and burn yourself while you are putting the cover on. The only comment I have is about the description. They give the measurements for the cover. This is actually the measurements of the grill it will fit. I could have gotten by with a smaller size, however with the larger size it comes completely to the ground all the way around.

ACTUALLY THE BEST COVER WE EVER PURCHASED. IT COMES WITH A LIFETIME GUARANTEE - I THINK THIS COVER WIL LAST LONGER THAN MY GRILL. I WAS TIRED OF BUYING A NEW COVER AFTER THE WINTER - BUT THIS ONE IS HEAVY - NEVER CHANGED COLOR AND NEVER RIPPED! I JUST HOPE IT FITS MY NEXT GRILL ALSO.

This is the best grill cover. It has stayed on our grill in 40 mph winds and kept our grill dry during the storms this year. Our previous cover would blow off in 15 mph winds. Also, you can put the cover on the BBQ when it is still hot. I put the cover back on 5 minutes after I turn the grill off. There are no holes from the heat. I highly recommend this cover!

This is our second Mr. Bar-B-Q Grill Cover. The first one we bought was for a smaller grill & we knew we wanted the next size up for our new larger grill. This new cover does not seem to be as thick as our last Mr. Bar-B-Q grill cover, which is disappointing, but we're still giving it 5 stars compared to other covers in it's price range that are of much lesser quality. We love the velcro tabs on each side. This large size cover fits our new Weber Genesis E-310 perfectly (dimensions: 60" wide, 30" depth). Take a look at the pictures I posted.

Bought our first Mr. Bar-B-Q Platinum Prestige Large Grill Cover in Oct '06. The quality of the cover was great, the cover still looks like new and is still being used today. We ordered a second cover last month for a second grill, the quality of the cover received is not as good as the first cover we purchased (material isn't as thick, seams don't look as strong). Appears the manufacture has cheapened the cover. I don't expect this second cover to hold up as well as our first one.

I bought this 2 years ago and this cover now has cracking and is letting in water. I called the manufacturer to see about a replacement for this 'lifetime warranty' but nobody answers the phone and my voicemails are not returned. Lifetime warranty is a good feature only if they honor it.

Bought it in May, 2007. Saw couple of cracks few months a go and now there are quite a few in less than a year time - specially on top. It does say that it comes with lifetime warranty, but yet to find contact information for replacement.

I think it did not take the Michigan winter. Since in less than a year it started cracking so much, I will not advice it to purchase.

I purchased this because the reviews said it was heavy duty. It got a small rip in it from putting it on. We have had bad weather lately-some wind, today the cover is completely ripped up, it's not even covering the top of the grill. I bought this two weeks ago.

Bought this to replace a flimsy cover I got for $15. This one is doing what I expect it to do -stay even when the wind is howling, protect the grill from the outdoor elements, not tear with constant taking off and putting back on since we use our grill a lot during summer. GOOD DEAL for the price.
