The music on this CD is great, but I was buying it for the US version of the video directed by Sophie Muller as a previous reviewer had said this was the version on the CD. It isn't - it's the B&W original version, so bear this in mind when you're buying it.

i'd say that this is the best song that the killers have, in my opinion [referring to mr. brightside]. this band made its debut with carson daly as well in appearing with jimmey kimmel.

be sure to view the video; they actually have 2 of them for mr. brightside. one of them is in a big warehouse in where they wear regular clothing of today [in 2004] while the other one takes place in a victorian semi 1920's era. The video also has actor peter coyote; he competes for the love of a blonde woman whom brandon flowers is in love with as well. the ending is interesting and sad, the young lady is left by herself by the vocalist of the killers[brandon flowers].

this cd has the video but i don't know which one. the killers i feel are the band of 2004. they hail from las vegas nevada, and brandon flowers, the vocalist, is just 22 years of age, he used to work at a restaurant or hotel. cd is worth it. in many of their songs, they utilize the keyboard or synthesizer[which ever name you prefer] alot, i think its cool.

i don't know if amazon sells the vinyl record to the killers hot fuss album, but id be nice if they did so. in the eyes of some, having the vinyl record is a symbol of one being a true and loyal fan, but this is what they say.......

I enjoyed this cd very much. The video is awesome, and it's Eric Roberts who is in the video. I saw the video on MTVU and fell in love with the band. Again, this is an amazing cd!
