Upon first look at the music video for mr. brightside, [...]) I was repulsed by the nature of the "prostitutes." However, after watching it several times, I realized its story is much more meaningful than at first glance. After looking past the flash dancing, one can see the pain the lead singer (Flowers) faces during his head-over-heels-relationship with the main woman, who just so happens to be owned by a man. During his brief moments of escaping for a rendez-vous, you see purity between them, that is the purity of their love. His feelings for her are so simple, but her feelings for him are made much more complex because of her circumstances. This video tells a familiar story for many in our current society.

While I'm not a huge fan of the Killers, this song is catchy. Definitely worth a listen. It's different from a lot of other bands out right now.

I loved this song. It helped that there was some extremely wasted skinny guy dancing to it when i first heard it and he fell off of a stage while dancing to it.

Great Song
The Killers have really come through with this song. The melody is catchy but not in a pop sort of way. Get reafy to put this song on repeat.

Classic song
If you were alive when this song came out you probably heard it. I got tired of it back in the day cause it was overplayed on the radio but it is an excellent song.

i saw this on M T V channel and I just had too have it, One of those songs, that when I heard it I said yeah that's the song I heard at such in such a place and I got it then.
