I have enjoyed my Mr Coffeemaker. It brews fast and quietly and the coffee stays hot which is a real plus.

If you want a basic coffee maker that works well with no frills, this is it. This is our 2nd one. We broke the first carafe and decided to replace the unit.

Manufacturers are cramming electronic and superfluous bells and whistles down our collective throats as if they've lost their good sense. Wife and I searched far for a simple and durable coffee maker quite a while until we found this one. German Cockroaches in the southern states are notorious for corroding and shorting printed circuit boards in appliances by pooping all over the boards. No board means less problem. I glued a piece of head scarf fabric on the bottom to cover the vent holes where roach babies could enter. The brewer makes good coffee and keeps it hot without overcooking for two hours.

Really disappointed in this Mr. Coffee. The water doesn't drain/flow out of the filter basket quick enough causing it to overflow and collapse the paper filter. The result is that all the coffee grounds then end up in the coffee carafe itself. I contacted Mr. Coffee about the problem & they sent a new plastic basket. Same problem. Have tried 4 different paper filters, and 3 different "grinds" of coffee, and get the same results. Everything else is okay with this maker but I'll have to buy another coffee maker to replace this one because of this flaw. It won't be another Mr. Coffee brand.

I love it. It is fast hot and quick in the making. I think I will order more for the future. Great product.

I wanted a good, basic coffeemaker and that is just what I received. I have been very happy with it. I did get a reusable coffee filter and I am glad I did--not more messy, paper filters.
