I am really upset with the Mr.Coffee maker that I purchased...It is the programmable clock 12 cup coffee maker in white, and have never had such a problem like I have had with this one...if you don't get the coffee pot just right, it runs over, and this has happened to me 6 times now....and now the coffee pot won't work, I think the water got into the digital timer and it quit working, and paying such a price for a coffee pot that was suppose to be the best in its line...is a hoax....I am very dissatisfied with it....

We bought this to replace a "Mr. Coffee" we have had for 25 years. It was working just fine, but looked ratty. We like this one very much. The coffee tastes great and it brews pretty quickly. Our only negative comment is about the hour and minute buttons. They stick out and are easily bumped. It would be better if there were a way to lock these buttons so you don't unconsciously change the time while wiping the counter! Otherwise, we highly recommend this coffeemaker.

We received this coffeemaker for Christmas nearly 3 years ago. We loved it. Less than a year later, it just stopped working. I had to return it under warranty and they replaced it. Less than 2 years later, the REPLACEMENT quit working too. We didn't even use it every day!! After taking it to an authorized service center for repair at our own expense, I was informed that they are unable to get parts (electrical) for it because they come from China! It's pretty, made good coffee, but it doesn't last!!
