After shopping at various stores, I found the same decanter but to my dismay not the same color. However, I was pleased to find the exact one and even the same color on-line at a reasonable cost including shipping to Hawaii. For those that are not familiar, Hawaii shipping gets charged almost an arm and a leg and it often is worth to just buy a whole new set. Fortunately, in this case, I received it on a timely manner and it was packed fairly good. The outside box though, looked a little flimsy and that worried me. The contents were in tact and I am very pleased that I didn't have to buy a whole new coffeemaker. Here's to a cup of joe for ya!

The replacement decanter arrived USED. The box had clearly been opened previously and there was DRIED COFFEE on the inside bottom of the decanter; whomever had used the decanter didn't even bother to clean it properly. GROSS.

The stainless steel equivalent of this decanter is fragile (the bottom falls off even after casual and infrequent use!), and the manufacturer will not cover it under warranty. So when it breaks, you can hand them more money for this very functional replacement. Of course, your model won't have a heating pad, so coffee in this pot will cool quickly.

Better than a useless coffee-maker--would be even better if it weren't necessary!
