I discovered this band purely by accident from a blurb in Details magazine (my go-to for interesting music referrals). This is one terrific band. Not a crappy song on the album. These kids should be damn proud of themselves for creating something fresh and interesting, yet accessible and reminiscent of some of my fave bands from the 70's. Check out this fabulous band - you won't be disappointed.

I have been attending Carney's shows since they played at Molly Malone's. They are a very talented group of musicians and together they make amazing music. This album is amazing and I'm glad to finally have their music to listen to.

I LOVE this CD. it is a lady killer. I bought it originally because of the song love me chase me, but there is some other stuff that is pretty original and fresh sound.

I saw Spider-man on Broadway and was blown away by the performance of the lead actor (Reeve Carney). I read in the Playbill that he was the lead singer of a band called Carney (FYI, his equally talented bandmates are also in the Spider-man orchestra). I picked up the CD and have been listening to it nearly every day since. This is one of the BEST albums I have heard in a very long time. From the haunting refrain of "Love Me, Chase Me" to the sweet, gentle melody of "Think of You," every song on this album is the kind that stays with you long after you've stopped listening. I'm looking forward to enjoying more from this band in the years to come.

short but sweet, I would have liked more tracks on this cd. I will be watching this band to see what they do in the future, they've definitely got talent and their own sound.

First off, I once heard the song "Testify" and immediately liked this band. I told friends and family of the song, played the demo CD I had until it warped (joking) but lets be real.
When you try to listen to the samples, they are disabled? How am I supposed to know if I like the other songs?
The 4 song EP they put out costes more than the 9 song full cd? I read this was their 3rd CD from one reviewer? Where are these CD's?
I suggest they get their act together if they want to keep fans.
The music is pretty good if not excellent but the merchandising is aweful.
