Biography

Dakota is an American AOR outfit. Founding members are former members of The Buoys; Billy Kelly and Jerry Hludzik. This duo released two albums in 1980 and 1984. They went into 'hibernation' and resurfaced again in 1995 with a 'fully-fledged' band, featuring drummer Eli Hludzik, guitarist Jon Lorance and keyboarder Rick Manwiller.
