I've been a fan of Jack Johnson for years, so naturally I was interested in his good friend, Matt Costa's sound as well. Mr. Pitiful is a refreshing sound full of life and upbeat piano syncopation. Costa's voice is clear and easy to listen to. A good choice of music if you're just looking for a "chill" sound while hanging out with your friends or going for a drive. Buy the whole CD and then go buy Songs We Sing. Both are inventive and original music collections!

I got this off of Amazon MP3 downloads and it was free...which surprised me because it was certainly fun to listen to.
It's not the best song in the universe, but it's pretty catchy and if you're a fan of guys like Jack Johnson or Ben Folds it'll make your iPod and stay there for quite some time. What a bargin. Download it quickly before Amazon changes their minds. :D |
