Book Description

Sometimes the only choice you have--is Mr.Wrong.
All Sara Fairbanks wants is to marry her missionary.
All Beau Hennings wants is to start a new life.
When she and Beau—accidentally—kiss, three days before her missionary comes home, Sara is more confused than ever.
Good thing Sara's BFF comes up with a plan to date Beau...and the missionary...at the same time.
Too bad the plan falls apart when her missionary tells her he’s transferring schools and Sara sees Beau out with another woman.
When the truth about the past surfaces, Sara has to make a choice; trust in the Lord or face Mr. Wrong.

4.0 out of 5 stars A sweet clean romance September 23, 2013
Format:Kindle Edition
I enjoyed this sweet romance. The characters are believable and well written. I was able to relate with Sara (the main character) in her struggles even though I hadn't experienced it myself. Finished the book in only a few days because I just couldn't put it down. If you're looking for a good clean romance, you won't be disappointed.

4.0 out of 5 stars Not your typical LDS romance novel. October 7, 2013
Format:Kindle Edition|Verified Purchase
Sara is not your perfect little Molly Mormon. Beau is not your typical knight in shining armor. Jonathon is the missionary Sara has waited faithfully for while he served his LDS mission. Love takes time and clear eyes not rose colored glasses as Sara finds out as she pits Beau against Jonathon in her own "dating game". One thing bothered me.... but after returning and finishing this book today I can't for the life of me remember what it was or why... this will probably make a cute movie similar to the LDS version of Pride and Prejudice and similarly popular modern Mormon movies.

2.0 out of 5 stars Really? October 7, 2013
Format:Kindle Edition|Verified Purchase
The main character in this story is Sara. The story begins with her saying goodbye to her boyfriend who is leaving on a 2-year Mormon missionary journey. While at the airport, she accidently runs into another man who ends up getting involved with Sara while the boyfriend is away on his missionary trip.

I thought the main character was a bit immature. The plot was totally unrealistic and the plot was disjointed. The book might better be presented as a pre-teen romance than a book for adults. I almost did not finish it, but stuck it out, since I promised to review it.

4.0 out of 5 stars Slow start October 7, 2013
By Rita
Format:Kindle Edition|Verified Purchase
I liked the story but was ready to put it down with it's slow start. I'm not into books about any kind of religion, but worked my way around that. I would recommend this book because it kept my interest to the end. Always like a "happy ever after."

4.0 out of 5 stars A Book to Keep You Up Till Midnight October 7, 2013
Format:Kindle Edition|Verified Purchase
This book was like a breath of fresh air. When you start it you think this is just another Dear John book, but it isn't. It's a book about a girl who grows up, she experiences pain, love, heartache, and a happily ever after. This is a clean read, recommended for any age. The characters in this book are spectacular, and you especially fall in love with her love interest who you just wish you could claim for yourself.

4.0 out of 5 stars Kindle Edition October 5, 2013
Format:Kindle Edition
I found the beginning a little slow but continued reading and found it quite enjoyable. The author has a way of drawing you into the story line and keeping you there up to the end!

3.0 out of 5 stars Better than I expected. October 5, 2013
By Tammy
Format:Kindle Edition
The story opens with Sara at the airport saying goodbye to her boyfriend who is headed off for two years on a mission trip. This, in many ways, in a predictable romance story. I had difficulty buying into the story and focusing on the story alone in the beginning, as there are parts in which words are missing in sentences (editing errors I'm thinking) and Sara acted like an immature child. I received this book free to review and almost did not even continue reading it as one point as the editing was poor in several places and the story was disjointed and scattered. After I was over halfway through, I had to know if Sara was going to be stupid and continue on with her unrealistic notion of marrying the boy she had waited two years for or end up with the man who had been there for her since the day at the airport (she meets him through a strange set of circumstances as she is leaving the airport after saying goodbye to her boyfriend). I was going to rate it a two, but upgraded it based on the author's ability to actually suck me into the story at the end.

1.0 out of 5 stars Not worth the time February 5, 2014
Format:Kindle Edition|Verified Purchase
This book wasn't worth the time it took to read it. Some of the storyline felt contrived and the character of Jonathon felt forced and at times stereotypical. It was an easy read and had some nice romantic tension, but didn't stand out from the crowd of similar books in anyway except for it's LDS perspective. I read the book because I like to support LDS authors. Not a bad book, just not a good read.
