I RECIEVED THIS BOOK AS A GIFT YEARS AGO. I LOANED IT TO A FRIEND AND IT NEVER WAS RETURNED (NO SURPRISE). THIS BOOK HELPED TO GET ME STARTED ON BEING A GREAT COOK. SHE HAS WONDERFUL RECIPES. ONE OF MY FAVORITES IS THE BANANA BREAD. I HAD TO ORDER IT AGAIN...I CAN'T COOK WITHOUT IT!

I checked this book out at my library and it had so many great recipes that I had to get it for myself. It's an older book but uses premium ingredients and they never change.

If ever you've wanted to know the secret to Mrs. Field's cookies, here it is. After getting this book, I tried the chocolate chip cookie recipe. Now I've been making chocolate chip cookies with my mom since I was a kid and this was by far the best chocolate chip cookie recipe we've ever used. Overall I'd say its a great buy and an essential if you're a cookie chef!
