I've personally tried a good number of these recipes over the years and my family loved it! Chef Mori's special Banana Bread recipe is the best, moist banana bread ever. The Fried Rice recipe is easy yet quite tasty and a repeat request from family members as well. You can't go wrong in purchasing this unique cookbook as it includes favorite dishes from local restaurants of Hawaii.
